CPR 2 172 is a papyrus document belonging to the Vienna papyrus collection, inv. P.Vindob K 3259. The document has been dated on palaeographical grounds.
Discussion
This very fragmentary text may just possibly refer to a cult place of Shenoute, perhaps in the monastery of Apa Apollo at Bawit, near Hermopolis, see E00948.
