Bronze ring (brooch?), diam. 2.5cm. Ring rather flat in section, and a piece cut out at one side suggests the emplacement for a pin, as does an impression on the back.SCH card indicates KAS 387, but Maidstone Museum records list this as KAS 389. – D.H.
