Gatty Slip: Metal ring, found at Kingston Down, Kent. I was doubtful if this was the ring mentioned at grave 171 - the Faussett MSS does not help to identify. I have followed Mr. Roach Smith Editor of the Inven. Sep. - (C.T. Gatty)Formerly in Faussett coll. Vide Inven. Sep. p. 87 (grave 262) pl. II fig. 143/4 in. dia., 3/8 in. wide in rimMayer card: Ring of bronze found at Kingston, probably grave 262. 3/4 inch diam, 3/8 inch width of ring.
