Flat, cut into high-shoulder, broad skirted bell-shape, rather waisted, with square tab at top. Openwork pattern of two irregular half-circles at top, 4 triangles below. Single rivets at top and bottom, length 2mm. Certainly affixed to leather, probably a belt.
