Rectangular bronze buckle plate, loop and tongue missing (thus possibly iron), formed of a folded piece of bronze sheet with cut for the tongue and rivets at the lower corners. Faussett said there was leather preserved in the fold. Mayer card gives sketch and measurements: 11/16 x 9/16 inch.
