Compact

This page presents compact as a relationship in the RISE Systems Framework which, in many countries, is structured in a way that prevents the education system from achieving the full array of articulated goals governments have for their education system. The Compact relationship requires empowered agents with a shared vision and purpose to achieve learning goals.
