Grave, three and a half feet deep, down to the natural soil. The bones were almost gone; much dust of a coffin, which did not appear to have passed the tire. Nothing was found with the skeleton; but in removing the agger of the bank under which it lay, we met with several bones of animals, particularly part of the skull and likewise a horn of a calf of about two years old; as also two large iron nails. This grave was very near the end of the bank next to the road.
