9931: Cecil Bailey

Cecil Arthur Bailey died 1935 aged 39. Very little is known about his service record but it is assumed he was in the 41st Platoon, he survived the war. He is believed to be from a well-to-do family (chemical manufacturers) married to a Belgian lady who father was a tug captain.
