Teddy was an official Kinematographer during WWI, making regular trips to France until invalided out of the service. He was given a tie-pin decorated with small diamonds and rubies by George V and this is still owned by his family. His original uniform is still believed to be in the family as are his movie camera and tripod. Post-war he did "Diamonds in the Mud" for Goodyear Tyres.
