The uploaded items comprise a photograph album belonging to the contributor's grandmother, Martha 'Dolly' Woodcock (married name Bellerby). Some of the photos are from the First World War period. One postcard, postmarked May 1918, shows a ship carrying exchange prisoners. Others show war damage at Scarborough. The collection includes two cards of Ramsgate with text on the reverse relating to the departure to France. Some cards relate to Ernest, Martha's brother, who must have served.
