Another draft of 'Hidden Tales'. Alternative manuscript drafts of 'Hidden Tales' and 'Solace of Men' can be found in the small green manuscript notebook 64.6. 'Solace of Men' was also included in a letter of early September 1918 to Marion Scott, and Hidden Tales was sent to John Haines in a letter received 11 September 1918. Both were included in 'War's Embers' (1919). Found in a coverless notebook used by Gurney from late August to mid-September 1918
