87593: Fight to a Finish

Manuscript of poem in blue ink with corrections in black ink in Siegfried Sassoon's hand. Sassoon notes on the facing page that the poem was published in 'The Cambridge Magazine' on 27th October 1917. Included in a notebook containing manuscript drafts and clippings of various poems later published in 'Counter-Attack and Other Poems' (1918), some with notes in Sassoon's hand explaining additional places of publication.
