87555: Note on 'Wirers'

Note in black ink in Siegfried Sassoon's hand explaining that the poem 'Wirers' had been published in 'The Hydra', the journal edited by Sassoon at the Craiglockhart War Hospital, on 29th September 1917'. Included in a notebook containing manuscript drafts and clippings of various poems later published in 'Counter-Attack and Other Poems' (1918), some with notes in Sassoon's hand explaining additional places of publication.
