8686: Pte William Henry Taylor, 1/6th Battalion Manchester Regiment

Pte William Henry Taylor, 1/6th Battalion Manchester Regiment died aged 24 after receiving a gunshot wound to the head in the Ypres Salient. He was buried at Potijze Château Lawn Cemetery.

The contributor has been over to Ypres and spent considerable time researching her great uncle.
