<p dir="ltr">James Taylor served in the Royal Marines as a bandmaster. He was killed in action at the Battle of Jutland. KIA 31 May 1916, HMS Queen Mary, Battle of Jutland.</p> <p>William Taylor (brother of James) served in the Royal Navy prior to the war. However, he served in the Royal Artillery during the war.</p>
