7109: Frederick William Waller

Frederick William Waller was a company Sergeant Major in the 8th Battalion of the Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment). He was killed in action on the 7th August 1915 at the age of 38 and is remembered in the Helles Memorial Turkey. He was born in Kamytee, India on 3/11/87 and enlisted in Dover. His wife was Charlotte Waller of 41 Maison Dieu Road, Dover, earlier of 55 Snargate Dover and she referred to him as her "dearly beloved husband", wishing him to rest in peace.
