online resource
posted on 2024-05-02, 16:14 authored by First World War Poetry Digital Archive Project Team

Congratulates Edward Marsh on being appointed Winston Churchill's private secretary again, now at the Ministry of Munitions / hopes that it will not interfere with his literary projects and 'Georgian Poetry', which Isaac Rosenberg has agreed to contribute to / explains that he has asked his sister Annie Rosenberg to withhold the poem 'The Amulet', which he has retitled 'The Unicorn', as he is reworking it / apologises for her persistence in asking Marsh to intercede and obtain a transfer away from the front lines for him / discusses his poem 'The Amazon' and why it is his 'best' poem / wishes to discuss poetry with Marsh face to face.
