Christmas card sent by William George Dugdall of the Royal Navy, Victualling Officer on board HMS Hannibal, to his parents. The front of the card, which is pink, bears a small image of boats with sails, and the words "Greetings from Egypt" superimposed on a flag. Inside there is a printed greeting, including a quotation attributed to Pope, and a handwritten note: "Will to Mother & Dad. Xmas 1917". Part of a collection relating to William Dugdall.
