An army booklet entitled "Instructions for Mounting, Operating and Care of the West Spring Gun", illustrated with a number of diagrams. The top right corner of the front page is stamped "School of Military Engineering, No ........... [This has not been completed], 18 Oct 1915, Grand Hotel, Tynemouth". Part of a collection relating to Robert Rafton, deposited by his great-niece.
