<p dir="ltr">Homemade postcard with flags of Allies, photograph of Morris Hughes while still in Hospital (note tie and shirt of hospital uniform worn beneath Greatcoat).</p> <p>Gunner 310573 Morris Hughes, 1st/1st Welsh Heavy Bty. Royal Garrison Artillery. Having lost his leg during the war he remained in the army and became a butcher.</p>
