First page of a letter written by Private Charles Green to his mother, while he was stationed at Ousethorpe Camp, Pocklington, York. The letter is written on YMCA headed notepaper. Accompanied by a printed transcription of the full letter.

Part of a collection relating to Charles Green, who served as a machine gunner with the 7th Battalion of the East Yorkshire Regiment, and was killed on 8th February 1917, in the Somme area of France.
