Report of part of a speech made by Prime Minister Lloyd George about demobilization, urging patience, stressing the need to maintain a military presence until a firm settlement has been reached (because "although the fighting has stopped, the war is not over"), and saying that recent demonstrations and marches will delay demobilization rather than speeding it up. The document is signed by "H. Johnson Captain, officer Commanding 492 Agricultl Coy. Labour Corps."
