<p dir="ltr">In addition to long and detailed entries by Sapper Davidson, the diary contains entries in 3 other hands giving French names and addresses. Also scanned were drawings, a letter in French and German currency which were tucked into the pages. </p> <p><br>Editor's Comment:<br> Multiple page entries from 15th November 1915 to 21st June 1916, with some pen sketches. Cable Section, Royal Engineers, attached 17th Corps. Sapper Davidson later transferred to the Royal Air Force (service no. 134934).</p>
