Pte. 40314 Leonard Ornellas, North Staffordshire Regiment

Acting Bombardier 121476 George (Reggie) Crooke, 113th Bty. 25th Bde., Royal Field Artillery, died 5th October 1918, aged 26, buried Berthaucourt Communal Cemetery, Pontru. By this time Len had contracted dysentry and was again in the field hospital, before being sent back to hospital in England.
