online resource
posted on 2024-02-23, 22:59 authored by Great War Archive Project Team

Report about the medical treatment of a number of soldiers stung by jellyfish whilst swimming at Malo. Report probably written by my grandfather, Dr E Bertram Smith (who served with the Friends' Ambulance Unit, but was seconded to the Red Cross at the Queen Alexandra hospital, Malo-les-Bains, Dunkirk). This is a copy report in blue ink on flimsy paper, 2 pages.
