This letter goes with the previous image sent of the Asiatic Petroleum Company Factory manufacturing Petrol Tins for the war effort (scan0037_Factory_1.jpg). This is a letter of appreciation to the manager Harry Hancock (my grandfather) because the factory had worked hard to produce 45,000 Petrol Tins in the week ending 15th July.
