online resource
posted on 2024-05-02, 18:52 authored by First World War Poetry Digital Archive Project Team

Pencil drafts the first version of the verse play, with 12 additional lines. On half-sheets of paper which are muddy and creased, and in places illegible. Showing fronts and backs of creased and ripped pages, often nearly illegible. Isaac Rosenberg abandoned work on 'The Amulet' in July of 1917, and used many lines of the former verse play for 'The Unicorn'. |
