Written on paper printed in 1915, inscribed in pencil in Sydney Schiff's hand 'Ansd sent 10/-Dec 8th'. On writing paper headed 'Y. M. C. A. / H. M. FORCES ON ACTIVE SERVICE'. One page included here of two. Discusses poetry / Lascalles Abercrombie / difficulties of writing / money.
