This is probably a photo of the 1/5th Lincs Regt football team taken before their match agaisnt 10th Battalion (aka Grimsby Chums) at Blundell Park on 22 October 1914. The goalkeeper (marked with a cross) is 2683 William Albert Wenham. The rest of the team which played this match was: B. Smith; A. Atkinson; A. Corder; J.L Anderson; E.Parkin; W.Hatt; J.Hornshaw; E. Sunley; W. Quince; C. Dobson.

There are least 2 soldiers in the crowd wearing what could be Lincolnshire Regt cap badges.

There is no writing on the back of the card.
