Audio interview with Gill Porter and Tony Carr conducted in Llandrindod Wells, Powys on May 30 2008 by Alun Edwards. Gill and Tony are talking about their father Charles W. Carr. Talking about e.g. how he and his friends linked arms and marched down the promoenade in Cheltenham to join up the day war was declared, how he talked about the parasites that infested their clothes, about how he was posted as missing during the Battle of Paschendale and his family did not discover he was actually alive - but seriously wounded, about the reunions their father attended and to which Tony went as well.

Serjeant 3091 (later 240965) Charles Woodward Carr, 2/5th Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment.
