A long scene at the junction of a communication trench and a reserve trench shows a Corporal, a Warrant Officer, and their men fixing bayonets and moving up the communication trench directed by a Second Lieutenant. This is the junction of 'King Street' communication trench leading up to the front line: seen here are the 1st Lancashire Fusiliers (86th Brigade). Men have been identified as CSM Nelson of C Company, and Coporal Holland. Possibly a staged shot but noted on the dope sheet as 1st July.
