Corporal Frederick James Callaway, service no 6560, 3rd Battalion Worcestershire Regiment was killed in action on the Somme on 5th August 1916. He was a regular soldier to moved to Worcestershire after his marriage. He is mentioned in the book "Bringing Albert Home". He is buried in Knightsbridge Cemetery, Mesnil-Martinsart, France.
