Orilux Torch, not standard issue, purchased by an officer in the UK. It belonged to Major Stanley Alwyn Smith, Canadian 3rd Field Ambulance. Smith won the DSO. Research on sheet by Alan includes citation of DSO, London Gazette, Obituary. He was British, but enlisted in Canada aged 32.
