Photos from Carol's grandfather, a keen amateur photographer, who smuggled his camera to the front, then had to take it home. He was 2nd Lieutenant Alexander Sloman, and he survived the war.

They include a volunteer-student Civilians in billets 2 aerial photos possibly of Columbelle Some soldiers convalescing at home ?
