Having only walked from our home to exercise, we decided to branch our and drive to Farmoor. Should have been taking part in the Sailability sessions, but they have been cancelled for the season. However, it was lovely to experience the voices of the cormorant, ducks and moorhens. Some ducklings were having a swimming lesson whilst the geese snoozed and bathed in sunshine.
the short walk round the reservoir is 1.7 miles and the longer one 2.4 miles. The countryside around is also stunning.When
