Day 100 of working from home. I've set, moderated and marked Finals exams, and kept in contact with colleagues and students over Zoom, Teams and email. I'm really looking forward to returning to some structure in my day, other than working in parallel while home-schooling..

In lockdown we have joined in with the weekly recognition for our key workers, who kept working the whole time through; and had time to think deeply about world events and their local significance - notably the #BlackLivesMatter outcry following the brutal murder of George Floyd, and the fresh light this shone on memorials to white imperialists and colonialists in cities across the UK. In lockdown, one new routine is 'elevenses' - which have got a little more elaborate as time has gone one. These two are part of a lockdown birthday celebration for a newly-minted teenager.When
