Wedding photo - Mary Hainge and Bertie Green. Diary - Edward Robbins, the contributor's father in law, was an 18-year-old soldier. In the diary there is a knot tying useful information for soldiers. The diary was given to every soldier in the regiment. Robbins was taken prisoner by the Germans two weeks before the end of the war they couldn't afford to feed them all so sent them home quickly.
