<p>Penelope discusses small pox in her area, her daughter's poor health, and her own (an other daughter's) good health. She expresses concern for Charlotte's father, who was recently ill, and she sends her best wishes well for Charlotte's children. She discusses some recent deaths in her village. Transcribed by students on the Bodleian Student Editions programme.</p>
