About the picture(s)

Completely overwhelmed and delighted yesterday to discover these rhododendrons. Having lived in this area over 30 years, this is the first time I have seen this display in the woods and it's only a 20 minute walk away. It is an amazing display and smells fantastic. A blaze of colour in amongst the greenery. The photos don't do it justice.An added bonus was finding a plaque dedicated to a family member, once a Head Woodman. Returned home uplifted. What an amazing lockdown time find.
