2812: Robert McKenzie Bell and Harry Smith

Whilst serving in the war, Bob (Robert) McKenzie Bell made friends with Harry Smith from Idle. Harry Smith served in the West Riding Regiment. After the war Bob came to idle for work and lodged with the Smiths. Harry's wife was a friend of the contributor's Aunt Lucy. Bob and Lucy got married. Some years later the contributor's father came to Idle for work and met and married Lucy's niece.
