Second Lieutenant Frank Craven served with the 18th West Yorkshire Battalion. The photos of him show him in 1914 / 15. He died on 28th March 1918 and is commemorated by the CWGC on the Pozieres Memorial.

Frank Craven was the boyfriend of the sister of Walter Goldthorpe who's also recorded in this archive. Frank and Walter were also best friends.
