This plaque was found at Sheffield Park, France. It commemorates those Bradford Pals of the 16th and 18th West Yorkshire Regiment who lost their lives on the 1st July 1916 (Battle of the Somme). It had originally been bolted on to a tree but had fallen off. Someone found the plaque on the floor and circulated the photo of it on twitter. Timothy saw the photo and had the plaques sent to him. The decision now needs to be taken as to where the plaque should be placed.
