The piece of artwork which depicts Earl Haig was found in the house of Harry Lycet (local councillor). It was cut by Albert Stubbs in 1928 in Bradford and created only 15 days after Haig's death. The owner of the artefact has no idea how it came into the possession of his uncle, Harry Lycet.
